The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the Up-Spec Leisure website. Please take the time to read them in full before making any purchases. Should you not agree with them please end use of the website. We may review these terms and conditions in the future.
1. The website
Our website is for your own personal use, there is no requirement for you to register your details with us. Although some areas of the site will require you to register your details.
We endeavour to allow you to access the website at all times, although on occasion there may be technical issue beyond our control, which we cannot be held responsible for. Please be assured that should this happen we will do our utmost to restore the website as quickly as we can.
All descriptions and prices listed on the website are accurate at the time of publishing, but we retain the right to amend items at any time.
All orders are subject to availability. You will be informed if a product is out of stock. If we are unable to fulfil an order due to stock issues and we cannot supply an alternative a full refund will be made.
All online e-commerce items prices are inclusive of VAT and are in £ Sterling.
Up-Spec Easy Jack systems, carpets and any other services that involves labour are to have 20% Vat added to the listed price.
Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We will charge your account and an order confirmation will be sent via email.
We accept no responsibility if there is any delays or errors relating to incorrect payment details.
Payment can be made on our secure website by either Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard etc………..
All orders must be submitted in writing, including specific details about you order i.e. colour choice, measurements, carpet quality etc.
Your order will then be accepted and confirmed via email.
No estimate provided by Up-Spec Leisure will be binding until it has been confirmed in writing by the company.
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered.
Delivery charges can be found at the checkout page of the website.
Delivery charges may vary depending on postcodes within Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, and the Isle of Man.
Goods will be delivered to the address stated on the website. Always try where possible to have the good delivered to an address where they can be signed for.
We will not accept any liability for any lost or damaged goods once delivery has been made in accordance with any delivery instructions made by you.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed but if delays occur you will be contacted to arrange an alternative date.
Every effort is made to ensure all goods arrive in perfect condition. However, if you do receive any items that are damaged or appear to by faulty, Up-Spec Leisure must be informed within 3 days of receipt. You are advised to check all items immediately, even if you are not using the items straightaway.
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return the goods in a saleable condition, i.e. unused and with manufacturers packaging intact and unopened, within 14 days from the date of receipt for a exchange/refund, excluding postage/carriage charges. * Exceptions to this are any items that have been correctly supplied and cut to your required lengths. *
Please obtain a posting certificate from the Post Office or carrier when returning goods, as Up-Spec Leisure cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
Special order non stock items are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned items.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of full payment. However, if delivery has been made, the payment will only be refunded following the next instructions:
If carriage has not been paid at your expense, we have the right to deduct this from your refund.
If there is any damage or the product has been used when it is returned to us, we have the right to deduct the cost of that product from your refund.
Although most items come with a 12-month warranty, Warranties are specific to each item. Please ask for more information on the items purchased.
If you do not receive your goods, we are unable to take liability unless you have contacted us via email, or in writing, within 30 days of the stated dispatch date. Following your contact, we will do our best to complete your order.
Up-Spec Leisure cannot take responsibility for incorrect information provided by the customer for specially made or non-stock items.
Up-Spec Leisure are unable to take responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect use of a product.
